To visit a land registry office, you must request an appointment online or by calling 181.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When is a Title Deed Transfer Required?<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In sales transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inheritance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of a donation (grant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property division or post-divorce proceedings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In such cases, a title <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gurbuzlaw.com\/en\/what-is-transfer-of-title-deed-by-grant-title-deed-donation\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12026\">deed transfer<\/a><\/strong> must be carried out.
